From Monday 16th September the site will stay open daily from 7am until 7pm.
Exhibitors are not allowed on-site before Monday 16th September.
DO NOT enter through Hensington Gate.
NOTE - HEAVY GOODS VEHICLES CANNOT ENTER THROUGH HENSINGTON GATE. ALL EXHIBITORS MUST ACCESS THE BLENHEIM ESTATE THROUGH BLADON GATE.
Pillar to pillar Bladon gate is 5.3m not taking into account the hinges etc. So a safe width is probably just over 4mtrs. If you believe this will be an issue, please contact exhibitors@stableevents.org
Entry during the set-up period is via Bladon Gate (OX20 1RL). What3Words - https://w3w.co/dignify.third.affords
Please adhere to the 10 mph speed limit on Park Lane and across the estate.
WARNING THIS SITE HAS BURIED SERVICES! All ground penetration deeper that 300mm must be scanned and authorisation given before work can commence. Contact Site Office or Organisers Office for assistance.

In the meantime, should you have any pre-show queries please do not hesitate to contact us.
Please unload the contents of your vehicle as quickly as possible and move vehicles to the trade stand car park to allow entry to other traders.
Traders must load-in from the back of their Stands to avoid poaching the ground in front of the stands.
On arrival at Blenheim you will be welcomed at the organisers office, if you haven't already requested your Exhibitors pack by post by filling in the logistics JotForm, please collect your Exhibitor pack including passes from the welcome team.
For everyone's safety, on-site vehicle movement will be managed by our team. Therefore, vehicle movement times are a guide only and entirely at the discretion of the organiser. Please DO NOT move vehicles on the showground until authorised to do so and please work with our team of staff and stewards, who will aim to get you moving as soon as possible.
Stands must be manned by at least one competent adult during show opening hours.
Please note EVERYONE must wear a Hi-visibility vest during build-up and breakdown. Build-up is until Wednesday 18th September. You will be refused access to site if you are not wearing a Hi-Vis vest/jacket. Hi-Vis vests will be on sale at the Exhibitor Lanes for £5 each. You will be delayed at the Exhibitor Lanes if you are not wearing a Hi-Vis Vest. This directive is due to the area being classed as a building site during the build-up and breakdown periods.
Speed limit restriction across the site is 10mph, slowing to 5mph on trackway. Anyone found speeding will be asked to leave the site immediately. We do not tolerate speeding for any reason.
Exhibitors are NOT allowed on site before Monday 16th September without written consent from the Operations Team. If you do not have authorisation to be on site before the 16th September, you will be asked to leave. This policy includes third party contractors and suppliers.
At Stable Events we take sustainability very seriously. All the waste from the event is either reused or recycled in some way through our official waste disposal contractor.
Please note - The organiser will not take responsibility for any type of delivery.
Building overnight is NOT permitted for safety reasons. We recommend stopping build at 7pm, due to loss of light. Exhibitors must ensure that all staff (their own and 3rd party contracted) are aware and adhere to the Working Time Regulations 1998.
On show days, under no circumstance will vehicles be allowed on the show ground after 7.30am each day. This is a Health and Safety directive, due to the public being on-site.
There is only one Exhibitor entrance onto site so please allow plenty of time. Traffic builds extremely quickly so please ensure you allow plenty of travel time and arrive early.
You must be wearing the correct wristband to gain entry on to site.
You can pre-purchase additional Exhibitor passes/wristbands through the E-Zone. Last minute passes can be purchased from the Organisers Office on-site.
Leaving the site during the show
If you need to leave the show before the site closes (i.e., before 7.30pm Friday; 6.30pm Saturday/Sunday) please park your vehicle in the exhibitor car parks at the beginning of the day and enter/leave the showground on foot. Remember to get a re-entry stamp at the gates when leaving the showground.
