Based in Inglewhite, Wild Fox Distillery was founded by fourth-generation dairy farmers Lizzie and Rob Billington, who diversified into artisan gin crafting in 2019. Taking a farm-to-glass approach, the husband and wife duo endeavour to keep all production elements on their family farm, creating flavours from the wealth of fruits and botanicals that the land has to offer. In recognition of its industry success, Wild Fox was recently crowned ‘Best Rural Drink Business’ at the Rural Business Awards 2020/21.
