Exhibitors will be informed of their stand number, approx. 6 weeks before the event.
Please note official stand numbers will not be released until August 2024. We will be sending this information out via the E-Zone. Do not share your stand number on any marketing material until you have been officially informed.
If contractors are erecting your stand on your behalf, we suggest that you send them a partial copy of the site map to assist them in locating the correct pitch, A partial site map will be released with your stand number. Stand ShareAs per your T&C’s you must not sub-let or sub-divide your stand with the intent of sharing with a third party without prior written permission from the organiser. This includes sponsorship or product placements or any other third-party commercial partnership.
Failure to inform us of intended stand sharing will invalidate your insurance. Please ensure an approved third party is made aware of their health and safety responsibilities.
Organisers of group stands are responsible for ensuring that all exhibitors within their group are fully aware of, and agree to abide by, the organisers rules & regulations and that of the Local Authority.
