This document contains all the information you should require while participating at the show. You will find the answers to most of your questions in this Exhibitor E-Zone, but it is not designed to replace our personal service. We are happy to answer any questions you have and can be contacted via email exhibitors@stableevents.org
Once your password is set, you can re-enter the E-Zone via The Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials website . Click on the Exhibitors tab at the top of the web page and select Exhibitor E-Zone from the dropdown menu, you will be directed to the E-Zone log-in page.
Once you have completed the essential fields on the landing page, you will be able to move on to move across to the E-Zone menu (panel on the left of the screen) which includes the Exhibitor manual. Remember to upload your company branding, as this will be reproduced in the shows website A-Z listings, and in the hard copy show guide. Don't forget to select your categories in the product finder as this information will be included in are hard copy show guide to help potential customers find you at the show. Do read all the show information, and order additional services.
Our much-loved show guide is returning for 2024.
To have a presence in the A-Z listing on the show website and in the hard copy show guide, you must upload your branding onto the Ezone. The content in your company profile will be reproduced in The Game Fair website’s A-Z listings and Show guide, don't forget to complete the product finder.
Please check your trading name is correct on the E-Zone, as this is how it will be reproduced in the A-Z Exhibitor listings and the show guide 2024.

Health and Safety
Please complete the H&S process as soon as possible, select Health & Safety from the Exhibitor Manual dropdown menu and click on the JotForm link in the first paragraph. You will need to upload copies of your risk assessment and public liability insurance docs. Deadline for H&S submission is 19th August 2024.

NOTE - HEAVY GOODS VEHICLES CANNOT ENTER THROUGH HENSINGTON GATE. ALL HGV MUST ACCESS THE BLENHEIM ESTATE THROUGH BLADON GATE.

Due to high traffic volume on build-up days, this year we are asking Exhibitors to complete the Exhibitor Logistics Scheduling form by clicking on the link below. By completing the form, it shares information when to expect you, and gives us the opportunity to stagger Exhibitors arrival times. The form must be completed by all Exhibitors.
Exhibitors can order their pass pack by post by clicking on the link to the Exhibitor Logistics Scheduling form and completing the last part of the form.
