Exhibitor wristbands must be worn during build-up and on live show days. An Exhibitor leaving site and intending to return must be wearing a valid wristband. If they cannot show a valid wristband on re-entry, they will need to purchase an entry ticket. Vehicle passes must be clearly displayed from Monday 16th September. Every member of staff who is entering or working within the event at any time, requires a wristband to get past the security gate.

Exhibitor packs can be ordered to an address of your choice – to order your Exhibitor pack by post please complete page 2 of the logistics JotForm. If you are collecting your Exhibitor pack and passes on-site, these can be collected from the orgainsers office when you arrive at the Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials. Exhibitor Entry Pass Entitlement
Exhibitors are entitled to an allocation of entry passes at no additional charge. The number of entry passes is calculated on the size of the frontage of your stand.
Ordering Additional Wristbands
Exhibitors can purchase additional E-ticket passes at a preferential rate via our box office - https://stableevents.yourticketpurchase.com/p/bpihtexhibitors
Exhibitors must have a valid entry pass for each day of the show and must be wearing their wristband correctly.
Exhibitors can order their pass pack by post by clicking on the link to the Exhibitor Logistics Scheduling form and completing the last part of the form.
DEADLINE FOR ORDERING YOUR EXHIBITOR PACK BY POST IS FRIDAY 6TH SEPTEMBER. There will be a reduced number of packs posted between 27th August - 3rd September 2024.
